Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Oversee the Client Services and Resourcing/Operations team, fostering collaboration and growth
• Monitor account metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement to optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services, with at least five years in B2B marketing
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of 10+ across global teams
• Proven track record in growing and mentoring team members
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Applications, Asana, MS Office, and internet marketing tools
