Vice President of A/R Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, A/R and Self-Pay Center of Excellence - CoE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for the A/R and Self-Pay Center of Excellence
• Oversee billing, payment posting, denial-related A/R, self-pay collections, and vendor performance
• Drive process standardization, automation adoption, and operational excellence across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership in revenue cycle operations with expertise in accounts receivable and self-pay collections
• 5+ years managing large, cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience using performance data and A/R reporting for strategic improvements
• 5+ years of experience with EHR and billing systems
• Experience working with health systems or hospitals, including client engagement
