Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and within multiple industries
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage team performance effectively
