As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Vibrant ABA, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your responsibilities will include implementing therapy programs directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), establishing positive relationships with learners, collecting and documenting data on each client’s progress, and maintaining effective communication with families and team members. You will also gain the opportunity to pursue becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with our support.
