Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor with hybrid work options after training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of 40-60+ loans daily and weekly
• Process loans from application through closing, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
• Communicate loan requirements and status updates to all parties involved in the process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Experience in a processing role within the past 12 months
• Solid knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fully paperless system
• NMLS-MLO license preferred or willingness to obtain
