Your key role will involve analyzing equipment failure data, warranty claims, and field performance to predict potential failures and enhance reliability across facilities and utilities. With 3-5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role, specifically within the pharma industry, you will work closely with maintenance teams to develop effective maintenance plans and schedules. Bringing your expertise in root cause analysis, you will lead investigations to identify why failures occur and implement new procedures to improve system reliability. Collaboration is crucial in this role as you work with various departments to facilitate RCA investigations and lead project teams to achieve shared goals. Your technical writing skills will shine as you draft clear documentation and reports.
