Reliability Engineer Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer specific to Facilities and Utilities. Job Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze data: Analyze equipment failure data, warranty claims, and field performance to predict failures and make informed decisions
  • Develop maintenance plans: Work with maintenance teams to create maintenance plans and schedules
  • Identify root causes: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to determine why failures occur
  • Implement new processes: Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve reliability
  • Monitor equipment: Design and implement procedures for monitoring and testing equipment
  • Provide technical support: Provide technical support to other teams, such as production and maintenance
  • Use key performance indicators: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reliability
  • Collaborate with various departments on RCAs and investigations
  • Lead project teams during investigations, project team meetings, etc
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Reliability Engineering role
  • 1-5 years' experience in pharma related industry highly preferred
  • Ability to escalate and work cross-functionally within organizational structures
  • Demonstrated experience creating maintenance plans and schedules
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Expertise in understanding and applying KPIs related to reliability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Onsite work requirements in Newark, DE
