Summary: 
Our Summer internship allows college students to learn our industry, right where the action takes place. This will be a hands-on experience for students, to learn the industry from the ground-up. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the asphalt business. This a great opportunity for students with minimal or no industry experience to gain first-hand knowledge. 
 
The internship program may provide experiences in the following area: 
  • Project Management 
  • Overall Introduction to Safety
  • Quality Control process 
  • Safety program 
Qualifications and skills: 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, Civil Engineering,          Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant degree
  • Valid driver’s license. 
  • Prior full-time experience is not required. 
  • Must possess the ability to learn technical processes, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
