Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scale, Vendor Services Manager to support small business clients in third-party risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for small business clients
• Manage client support tickets and ensure timely resolution of service cases
• Educate clients on vendor risk practices and support audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Administrative and customer service experience preferred
• Professional certification related to Vendor Management or Risk Management is a plus
• Knowledge of vendor management regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with software and applications for vendor due diligence services
