A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor (Customer Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships between BPO vendors and internal teams
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and service levels
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Contact Center Operations
• 5+ years managing or interfacing with Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs)
• BS/BA in Operations Management or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in business optimization and process review
• Hands-on experience with call center technologies
