Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to patients via incoming and outbound calls regarding self-pay balances
• Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance options and next steps
• Post patient payments and adjustments as required based on standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months of medical experience preferred
• One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
• Experience with Word and Excel
