Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service while cross-selling credit union products and services
• Perform member account maintenance and provide first-tier technical support for electronic services
• Resolve product or service issues, ensuring member satisfaction and maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
• Minimum 1 year of call center or sales experience
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
