Clinic Director - Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

PPTS is seeking a driven and skilled Clinic Director. This leadership role is ideal for an orthopedic physical therapist with management and clinical experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire to accelerate their career in a dynamic, patient-centered practice. The Clinic Director will manage the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring excellent patient care, efficient clinic processes, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and grow a new outpatient clinic while delivering outstanding patient care.
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Ensure high standards of clinical performance, customer service, and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Drive marketing and business development efforts to promote the clinic and attract new patients.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals, including profitability and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal standards of practice.
• Provide hands-on care to patients as part of a blended clinical and managerial role.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Outgoing and energetic personality, with a strong ability to work well with others and have fun while working.
• Ability to foster positive relationships, build team morale, and enhance productivity.
• Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to improve clinic performance and drive results.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting (preferred).
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Michigan.
• Previous marketing experience (preferred).
• Strong manual therapy, exercise, and sports rehabilitation skills.
