General Counsel with Litigation Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for an interim General Counsel with litigation management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of a substantial litigation portfolio
• Manage board activities including agenda setting and scheduling
• Ensure immigration compliance and improve contract quality

Required Qualifications

• Prior GC-level experience in food & beverage or consumer products
• Experience with private equity portfolio companies is a plus
• Ability to provide strategic legal guidance in a hands-on environment
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for an estimated 3-month engagement
• Must be able to support Central or Eastern time zones
