Material Planning is a critical function in our factory, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time for each step in the manufacturing process. We are challenging the vertically integrated Launch Industry and the legacy Defense Industrial Base by providing high-performance propulsion products on-time and in-full, every time. We do this with a small yet highly effective team who leverage technology, superior communication, and strong relationships to create opportunities where others won’t or can’t. As a Material Planner, you will engage with the Product and Process development teams from cradle to grave, providing exceptional ‘Planning as a Service’ through both effective use of ERP/MRP software tools and high levels of ownership and communication. If you have the ability, experience, and courage to tackle the job of scaling production from dozens to thousands, this role is for you.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $70,000 - $120,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
