• We are seeking a Post Harvest Associate to join our team in Holliston, MA with a primary focus on hand-touching up machine-trimmed cannabis flowers to ensure top-tier product quality. This role is critical in maintaining the aesthetic, integrity, and consistency of our cannabis flower before it reaches consumers. Additionally, this position involves cleaning cannabis storage bins, helping maintain the cannabis cure burping schedule, and bucking dry cannabis plants in the dry rooms. This role requires attention to detail, an understanding of proper cannabis handling techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, regulated environment.

• Hand Touch-Up & Trimming: Manually refine machine-trimmed cannabis flower to enhance visual appeal and remove excess leaves while maintaining product quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect trimmed flower for consistency, shape, density, and compliance with company standards.
• Product Handling: Ensure all processed flower is handled with care to maintain trichome integrity and potency.
• Sorting & Grading: Separate cannabis buds based on size, density, and quality to prepare for packaging.
• Cannabis Cure Burping: Assist in maintaining the burping schedule for curing cannabis to ensure optimal moisture levels and product quality.
• Bucking Dry Cannabis Plants: Remove dried flowers from stems in the dry rooms while preserving trichome integrity.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize cannabis storage bins, tools, and work areas to maintain compliance with company protocols and state regulations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Accurately record product weights, batch numbers, and quality control notes while adhering to state regulations.
• Workplace Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and workstations meet sanitation protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the post-harvest and production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Full shift availability necessary
• Shift is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, occasional weekend and holiday flexibility needed

• Starting at $18/hr; DOE

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 21+ and currently residing in the USA
• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (able to obtain upon hire)
• Horticulture and/or Agriculture Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
• Production/Manufacturing Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
• Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)
• Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient critical thinking skills
• The desire to learn about the plant and our processes, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Prefers task-based duties with a keen attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures

• This position operates in a clean and professional environment and routinely uses equipment such as pruning scissors, sanitation equipment and liquids; PPE may be required (provided onsite).  Temperatures and humidity levels are similar to most indoor cultivation/greenhouse facilities.  Kneeling, standing, walking, sitting, bending, pivoting, lifting and squatting are all expected activities.  Plant pollen is present on surfaces and the air, as well as continuous noise from fans and motors.
