We seek an experienced Director Sales and Business Development with a proven track record to join our client's team. As a seasoned sales deal maker, you. will be responsible for large multi million USD deals with corporationsin Europe positioning of client's comprehensive software and services tailored to improve reliability, improving plant efficiecy and saving costs. This roles is for a sales person with proven track record of having done large deals in corportationsin the digital technology space. It is a hunter role and a large deal maker. Need very strong relationships with plant as well as corporate head quarters.

Education

o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Systems Engineering. An MBA is highly desirable. MBA is preferred

Experience

o At least 10 years ofsales experience, with a minimumof 5 years in enterprise sales within process manufacturing industries (e.g., Power, Food, Pharma, Chemical, Steel, Cement).

o Demonstrated experience in IndustrialSolution Sales and building relationshipsin process industries.

o Proven track record in solution selling.

o Knowledge of Industry4.0 digitalsolutions is preferred

Skills

o Excellent verbaland written communication skills in English and proficiency in at leasttwo otherprimary European languages. o Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

o Effective stakeholder management skills.

o Ability to foster and manage strategic customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Growth

•New Business Development - Creating a strong funnel for new business in large process industries across Europe

•Strong relationships in manufacturing organizations at the senior level within the plants

•Drive closures for long term contracts for SaaS Revenue

•Continuously nurture and develop the accounts for long-term sustainable revenue

•Drive growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) within large enterprise accounts across Europe, focusing on the processindustriessuch as Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Tyres, Paper & Pulp.

•Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing opportunities, and driving them to closure.

•Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Stakeholder Engagement

o Establish and manage a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy.

o Work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams including Presales, Customer Success, and Post-sales to deliver exceptional value to customers.

o Present a compelling vision that aligns customerstrategic priorities with Infinite Uptime’s solutions, driving mutual goals and Industry 4.0 advancements.
