Underwriting Engagement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Field Engagement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in field engagement efforts by providing localized support and fostering strong relationships with network offices
• Proactively identify underwriting issues and collaborate with leadership to provide research and resolution options
• Work with regional teams and internal management to develop strategies for enhancing communication and engagement with Network Offices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience with knowledge of the distribution system and/or Underwriting
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport at all levels within the organization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Flexible decision-making and problem-solving abilities
