Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Medical Science Liaison in Gastroenterology for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and development of a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
• Develop and implement regional field medical strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee quality, compliance, and operational efficiency of the team

Required Qualifications

• Advanced doctoral degree (e.g., PharmD, M.D., Ph.D.) in a medically related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired
• Five or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
• Experience in field-based or clinical trial and/or drug development role
• Masters or Bachelors level degree in health sciences considered with 5+ years of experience
