As we expand, we’re looking for a meticulous and organized Talent Delivery & Reporting Specialist to take charge of how we present candidates to clients — crafting structured, professional reports that reflect the quality of our search process.

Role Summary

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality candidate submission reports that include job descriptions, shortlisted profiles, and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with the founder and lead consultants to manage report timelines, ensure accuracy, and support the delivery process from shortlisting to client decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare polished, branded client submission reports in PDF/Word format.

• Consolidate candidate information (CVs, summaries, salary expectations, notice periods, etc.) into clean, structured templates.

• Include job description, evaluation notes, and suggested next steps in each report.

• Coordinate with consultants to stay updated on candidate progress and reporting deadlines.

• Manage supporting documentation such as candidate tracking sheets and interview coordination notes.

• Ensure consistency in quality, tone, and presentation across all client-facing materials.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle all candidate/client data with discretion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.

• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).

• Strong writing, formatting, and document presentation skills (Word, PDF, Google Docs).

• Attention to detail — ability to deliver error-free, well-structured documents.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight timelines.

• Bonus: Experience in recruitment support, HR, project coordination, or client services.
