Healthcare Recruitment Talent Sourcer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Healthcare Recruitment Talent Sourcer to support the growth of a fast-scaling UK-based healthcare recruitment company. Leveraging innovative AI technology and streamlined processes, this role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of tech and talent. This is a fully remote opportunity for a South African professional eager to work UK hours and make a direct impact in the healthcare space.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare candidates (e.g., nurses, carers) for UK-based clients.
- Utilise internal recruitment tech tools to streamline and accelerate the sourcing process.
- Work closely with consultants and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate searches.
- Conduct CV screening, manage shortlists, and maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system.
- Support in the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or candidate sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare profession and UK recruitment market is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps).
- Ability to work UK business hours from Monday to Friday.
Salary & Working Hours:
- Salary: R28,000 – R30,000 per month (excluding commission)
- Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
- Working Hours: UK business hours, Monday to Friday
