Supply Chain Coordinator - Work from Home

• Assist the Demand Planner with forecasting and inventory management tasks.
• Create and manage purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers, updating the team on issues, delays, or concerns.
• Organize stock transfers between third-party logistics (3PL) providers and contract manufacturers, ensuring timely arrival at manufacturing sites while minimizing costs.
• Work with freight forwarders to optimize inbound freight management, reduce lead times, and lower transportation costs.
• Review and cross-check invoices for overseas shipments, maintaining accurate weekly reports.
• Receive, verify, and maintain accurate documentation from suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• File and validate invoices from suppliers, couriers, and forwarders, ensuring correct and timely payments.
• Collaborate with other departments by requesting necessary information (e.g., quotations, specifications) from suppliers and forwarders, organizing sample requests, and addressing ad hoc requirements.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders for manager approval.

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with organic and plant-based product supply chains.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations for local and international shipments.
• Exceptional focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Proactive and solution-oriented when addressing supply chain challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination
