As the Assistant General Manager:

• You will execute flooring installation strategies, establish installation targets, and evaluate performance metrics.
• You will recruit, train, and inspire the Installation Team to enhance regional flooring installation outcomes and elevate overall performance.
• You will receive continuous training and support in sales, operations, and management. 
• You will provide support for sales appointments as needed.
• You will learn the essentials behind our company core values and how we live by them. 

Restaurant Managers, Hotel Managers, Automotive Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, (and more!) are all encouraged to apply as the skills you've learned will segue into this role perfectly!

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are proficient in basic computer, Microsoft office technology
• Previous sales experience is preferred

• Salary range starts at $50,000 per year plus bonuses
