Trip Enrichment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trip Enrichment Specialist to optimize revenue through improving trip data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve data capture of patient demographics to reduce unbillable trips
• Identify and implement enhancements in the revenue cycle through trip enrichment strategies
• Collaborate on developing new processes to improve trip data and overall revenue performance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of work experience in AMR PODS preferred
• Experience with medical and insurance industry terminology
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines related to ambulance billing
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software and computer functions
