Gift Card Operations Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute seasonal campaigns, including strategy development and performance tracking
• Expand gift card assortment by introducing new digital and physical cards based on customer preferences
• Optimize the conversion funnel to enhance purchase and redemption flows

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in tech, strategy, consulting, or operational roles
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills
• Experience with tech-enabled operations and internal platform tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable processes
