Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Specialist to support a federal agency by managing incident reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor a shared incident response inbox and ensure timely responses
• Analyze incoming incidents for proper documentation and routing
• Maintain a tracking system for reported incidents and perform quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of related experience
• Experience in case management, child welfare, or social work
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and performing basic data analysis preferred
