Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives
• Subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk, including knowledge of P&C and Specialty Lines
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain from risk analytics to claims resolution
• Basic understanding of financial concepts relevant to transformation program planning
• Expertise in MS PowerPoint for creating executive-ready presentations
