A company is looking for a Business Program Manager - Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and develop staffing strategies to optimize operational coverage
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in workforce management, including forecasting and scheduling
• Proficient in using workforce management systems such as Aspect, IEX, or Calabrio
• Understanding of workforce planning processes and performance metrics
• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence report development and SQL programming
