Fuel Handling Project Coordinator - job 1 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fuel Handling Project Coordinator to manage project performance and ensure integration of technical scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reviews of budget, schedule, and resource performance, developing strategic plans to address underperforming areas
• Collaborate with Project Controls to monitor cost and schedule variances, identifying root causes and formulating corrective actions
• Lead the planning process for work scopes within assigned control accounts, ensuring accurate sequencing of tasks and communication of project changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience with complex capital projects over $20 million
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics is preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or MBA is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management software including P6 or MS Project; experience with Atlassian tools is a plus
