We Are Hiring for a Service Writer in Atlanta, GA @ Emory University!

Our Service Writers ensure efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage orders.

Transdev is proud to offer:

$20.00 - $25.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

Open work order request immediately upon receipt.
Close work order request immediately upon completion of quality inspection.
Ordering and scheduling of parts for buses and service vehicles.
Inventory Control.
Run and review reports as needed.
Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments.
Maintain vehicle information files.
Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service.
Arrange pick-up of outside repairs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred.
Strong data entry skills.
Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge.
