About Topline Pro


We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.


Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 70+ rockstars with plans to expand more in 2025. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 and 2024 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.

We're YC-backed and well funded (Series A 2023) with several years of runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year having grown 8x since our Series A. We’re building out our People team and this role will play a foundational part in helping us scale GTM hiring.

⚡ What you'll do
  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting for GTM Roles – Source, engage, and close top-tier talent for Sales and Customer Success roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Support), ensuring a stellar candidate experience from first touch to close
  • Be the go-to expert for all things GTM recruiting—taking full ownership of results and driving continuous improvement across the funnel
  • Partner with Hiring Managers – Build tight, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs, team dynamics, and ideal profiles
  • Drive Top-of-Funnel Strategy – Create proactive sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels to build a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Optimize Hiring Process – Help define and refine interview processes that are structured, efficient, and inclusive
  • Track and Report on Hiring Metrics – Keep a close pulse on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion, offering regular updates and insights
  • Champion Our Employer Brand – Represent Topline Pro with authenticity and enthusiasm in every interaction, helping elevate our presence in the NYC talent market


🎯 What we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring top talent for Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end recruiting processes with minimal oversight
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Strong sourcing skills with a creative and persistent approach to building diverse candidate pipelines
  • Experience recruiting for subscriptions businesses / SaaS
  • Deep understanding of GTM team dynamics and the nuances of hiring across roles in Support, full-cycle Sales, Customer Success and more
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
  • NYC-based and available to work from our Williamsburg office 5 days a week
