As Databricks continues to expand globally, a thriving Global Mobility program is foundational to the success of the business. We need someone passionate about all things Global Mobility to drive transformational change of our program and operations. The Business Operations Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration will report to the Director of Global Mobility, leading the strategy and execution of the US/LATAM region. This is a great opportunity to provide vision and direction to a growing program and company, and drive execution.

The impact you will have:

Manage Databricks US & LATAM Global Mobility & Immigration programs & workflows
Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and execute both short-term and long-term Global Mobility & Immigration strategies/roadmaps
Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing options in leveraging Global Mobility to meet business needs
Identify process inefficiencies, and become a process simplification champion
Build and maintain process documentation, partnering with internal stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive employee experience
Manage the relationship of the regional Immigration, Tax, and Relocation vendors, ensuring accountability to targets/SLAs, program execution, and employee experience
Triage critical issues, exceptions

What we look for:

You’re a problem solver, with successful project and process management experience
Deep technical knowledge of global mobility & immigration
8+ years of global mobility program management experience
Experience designing, scaling, transforming high-volume programs
Strategy & planning mindset, execution/delivery, influencing executive stakeholders

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $139,300—$213,600 USD
