Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch technical support to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse range of technical issues related to our products and services.
• Educate customers about product features, functionalities, and best practices to improve their experience.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve complex technical inquiries.
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to deliver knowledgeable support.
• Engage in ongoing learning to continually enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of technical concepts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
