Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone to our Latvian-speaking clientele.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to game rules, promotions, and account management quickly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers may face while using our gaming platform.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our variety of gaming products and services to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account creation, verification processes, and handling transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback to support ongoing service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
  • Fluency in Latvian, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a genuine interest in the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to provide exceptional service to our customers.
