Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing a range of financial inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and detailed product information.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive overall service experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with financial services teams to address complex customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed on financial products, regulations, and market trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly within financial services or banking, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
