Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, including specifications, availability, and order status.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the luxury goods sector to provide informed assistance.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in customer service software preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as necessary.
