Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries about DJI products in German.
• Effectively resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and provide technical support when needed.
• Accurately track and document customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Adapt and respond to customer feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest DJI products and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the tech industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to handle various customer situations.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
