Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking users through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, content access, and technical issues related to the streaming service.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the streaming industry and the company's offerings.
• Work towards achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the entertainment or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and technology is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
