Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior technical support to Czech-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to the company’s products, ensuring effective solutions are provided promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system accurately and thoroughly.
  • Guide customers through product features and educate them on best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical departments to address and escalate complex issues as required.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Czech-language support documentation, FAQs, and resources.
  • Engage in follow-up communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Familiarity with support software and knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
  • A technical background or familiarity with relevant technologies is a plus.
