Salary Range: $110-140k

Retention Bonus: Available

City, State:San Leandro, CA

Flex Time Off: 6 Weeks

Shift Times: 8 am to 5 pm, M-F

Essential Duties:

  •        Provides diagnostic interpretation of available data. 
  •        When appropriate, helps to obtain evaluations through the community. 
  •        When necessary, provides evaluations of clients. 
  •        Provides evaluations and/or recommendations on 1370.1 referrals. 
  •        Participates in development implementation of individual program plans. 
  •        Consults with clients, families, and community regarding appropriate programs. 
  •        Acts as advocate for individual clients and their families. 

(Community-Related Activities): 
 

  •        Provides case-related consultation to other agencies. 
  •        Evaluates programs and services available in the community. 
  •        Works with peers in the community to increase number and quality of services available to the developmentally disabled population. 
  •        Provides education to the community. 
  •        Acts as advocate on behalf of the DD population. 

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Ph.D or Psy.D in Clinical Psychology

 

License:

  • Licensed Psychologist by the California State Board of Psychology.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
