Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic HB workflows, including charge posting and payments
• Maintain charge integrity through analysis and financial reporting oversight
• Collaborate on HAR lifecycle management and payment posting processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certification preferred
• Proven expertise in Epic charge router logic and hospital billing workflows
• Familiarity with reconciliation and downstream finance impacts
