Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their team in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Texas
• 14+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters, preferably in excess insurance and commercial litigation
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
