Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to oversee privacy programs and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the privacy program across Product Design and Marketing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support compliance initiatives
• Serve as the program lead for privacy-by-design implementation while managing multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• B.S. / M.S. in a relevant or quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly in privacy or data governance
• Privacy certifications such as CIPT, CIPP/US, or CISM
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data governance tools
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws and their technical implications
