Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Insurance (Actuary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead insurance pricing and manage program performance analysis
  • Oversee data quality and manage new policy launches with reinsurers
  • Identify areas for improvement in the book of business
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience as an actuary, preferably in disability and/or PFML programs
  • Experience in launching new insurance products is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing components and rating methodology
  • Ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
