Tennessee Licensed Sales Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through various outreach methods
  • Run the prospect through the end-to-end sales cycle and negotiate property management agreements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury short-term vacation rental sales
  • Real estate license is required
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
