Key Responsibilities

• Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to enroll prospects in insurance products
• Gather required data, determine eligibility, and build relationships with callers
• Accurately process applications and track outcomes of calls and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Life & Health insurance license valid in the state of residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable internet connectivity with specified speed requirements
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace
