Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Analyst, Procurement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow for the contract review process for various contract types
• Assist with the maintenance and improvement of contracts management processes and systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract reviews and negotiate contract modifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in managing contracts, including drafting and negotiation
• Familiarity with FTC marketing regulations and IP licenses
• Experience with contract management systems and procurement tools
• Knowledge of data privacy rules and contracts (preferred)
