Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Operator to manage incoming calls and assist patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate extension
• Take and relay messages accurately and respond to emergency calls promptly
• Perform operator functions including triaging calls and managing the switchboard

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and correctable vision to 20/20
• Must pass a background check and non-federal drug test post-offer
