A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their relationship commerce program objectives
  • Build solid relationships with client stakeholders and anticipate customer needs to manage project plans effectively
  • Educate customers on best practices and conduct business reviews to provide data-backed recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of customer/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
  • Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Magento
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite
