Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst-Invoice Management (Telecom Expense Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of telecom invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage vendor interactions to resolve billing issues and obtain necessary invoice information
• Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience in Telecom Expense Management
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, exception handling, and accounts payable
• Familiarity with telecom service providers and billing platforms across multiple regions
• Proficiency in Microsoft reporting tools and advanced Excel skills
• Undergraduate degree preferred
