Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts in a dynamic product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance efforts and participate in daily standups with the product team
• Develop and evolve QA practices in collaboration with product management and other team members
• Provide training and mentorship to the QA team while actively testing and suggesting improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of experience designing and executing test plans in an agile environment
• Strong opinions on modern QA practices and a desire to improve QA processes
• Proven critical thinking and creative testing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities effectively
